Hi!
I’m Georgina and I’m a qualified Primary School Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. I felt drawn to Mindfulness during the Pandemic and was lucky enough to have the opportunity to train with Tibetan and Zen Monk Lama Shri Sadhu Dharmavira. I received Certification to teach Mindfulness from Sadhu and created The Chill Club to bring these wonderful practices to children and young people.
In the following Mindfulness video series of The Chill Club, children and young people can learn simple but extremely effective ways to create calm and relaxation in each and every day.
Each video is under 5 minutes, so is easy to fit into busy lives, and there are sound recordings that allow listeners to close their eyes and practice the techniques while resting or lying down.
These techniques have helped many young people find calm and even help greatly with situations that would otherwise cause them anxiety, such as travelling or stomach pain and headaches. The Falling Asleep Quickly technique is wonderful for those who otherwise struggle to sleep restfully and I hope you enjoy finding what works best for you!
