About Course

When a loved one or someone we know passes, a beautiful way in which to honour and bless their soul’s journey into the beyond is to use the ancient mantra of Akaal. Akaal means immortal, undying or timeless, a reminder of the infinite nature of the soul. I share this practise as a way of honouring and sending love to someone who has passed, to bless their soul’s journey and to bring a sense of peace to your own heart that may be feeling the deep ache of the physical loss.

This practise includes a 5 minute introduction and a 20 minute meditation ceremony. For repeat practise, feel free to skip the introduction if you like and move straight into the ceremony at the 5 minute mark.
