Jas has worked in healthcare and wellbeing virtually her whole life. She created The Fascial Effect, when she completed her four-year course on Sports and Clinical Massage Therapy at the Jing Institute in Brighton. Her dissertation on the effect myofascial release massage on the visible signs of facial ageing earned her a high merit honours.
Since then Jas has developed various Zoom courses to help people to relieve their stresses, using self-massage techniques to keep your face and neck toned and resilient, and to teach gentle stretches to keep the body flexible and mobile.
You can never start looking after your skin and body too soon. When you’re stressed this is where the symptoms show up with lacklustre skin and aches and pains around your body where your muscles have been tense for too long.
In her free time Jas loves spending time with her grown-up daughters and loves both to cook and to teach others how to make her native Indian dishes.
