Biography

My interest in energy, healing, crystals and “things beyond what the eye can see” was sparked by my Opa, my German grandfather, who was a sought after hands-on healer and had helped me many times when no one else could.

I studied photography, film and design, as well as cultural anthropology whilst traveling extensively, before I had  my own international healing practice, where I taught people worldwide for 10 years.

I have trained with Debra King and became a certified “21st Century Energy Medicine Healer”, spent an intensive few years training with Vianna Stibal to become a certified “ThetaHealing practitioner and instructor”. I’m a certified “Past-life Regression therapist and teacher”, a certified “Crystal Healing practitioner”, as well as a certified “Oracle card reader” with Denise Linn.

I love learning, teaching, traveling and empowering others - especially women and children. But as a highly sensitive Empath, I don’t usually seek the spotlight and am happiest by myself or with loved ones.

I’m very happily married to Adam and  we are proud parents to two talented and beautiful girls who I birthed in water, at home (as they had asked me). They are now 11 and 13 and they inspire me every day to be the best version of myself.

I’m a big believer of not outsourcing our wisdom and responsibility to others and that we are our own best “guru”.
